First weekend in December. One, two or three days of cycling in the gently rolling hills of Highlands County, excellent
buffet lunch meals by Chef Mac, Ice Cream Socials, Door Prizes, etc.
Escape the pre-holiday bustle and enjoy a mini-vacation during the cooler fall weather. Discover the natural beauty of rolling hills,
citrus groves, small towns and the lakes of Highlands County. There is time for shopping at the unique boutiques as well as the large
chain stores, so have some fun for yourself during the holiday season.
This event is designed for bicyclists of all levels. Road riders will especially enjoy the low traffic roads of rural Florida..
Fully supported routes with cue sheets & maps, on-road route marks, excellent rest stops, bicycle mechanic,
and dispatched SAG service vehicles. Daily rides ranging from 11 to 62 miles plus our Highlands County Century (100 miles) on Saturday.

Meals: Registrants will enjoy a daily continental breakfast and a
deluxe buffet lunch that includes salad station with assorted dressings and rolls, carving,
and desert stations as well as a buffet line. For example main entrees on Saturday include: Carved Brisket with Horse Radish Sauce,
Chicken Florentine & Baked Tilapia with Lemon caper Butter Sauce.
Free Ride T-Shirt for all registrants, as well as drawings and prizes. (T-shirts will be available ONLY for RIDERS PAID UP by November 24th.)
A massage therapist will be available after the rides for those who push too hard.
For your safety bicycle helmets are required and please be courteous to all motorists and cyclists.
Also remember, if riding before sunrise or after dark you must have a working headlight and taillight to be legal and most importantly SAFE!
Online Registration is now open and requires a credit card payment. Cash and checks will only be accepted at the walk in registration desk.

We are again offering a 2015 event jersey.
Pre-order between 9/23 and 11/9 to receive yours at Bike Fest.
Cost is only $50.00 for short sleeves, and they are being offered in two color combinations and short or long sleeved versions. Jerseys will be delivered to the event.
$5.00 from each purchase will be donated to the Foundation Fighting Blindness.
Early Registration Deadline is November 24th, event T-shirts will only be guaranteed for
riders with paid registration by this deadline.
No refunds after this deadline.
Early registration is highly recommended as lodging may sell out.
